He sees every day as an opportunity to grow, learn, and positively influence others. On days of rest, he enjoys watching sports, time with his family, and working on home projects. You can often find Andrew with a mug in his hand while making calculations, and making processes more efficient.

Hannah has been in the coffee & floral industry for five years. She is passionate about all things business, marketing, and the beauty of floral design. She enjoys quality time with others & sees vulnerability as a powerful gift to encourage & relate to those around her. She loves spending her days of rest in the sunshine and going on family walks. You can often find Hannah at a local coffee shop creating new things or catching up with a dear friend.
Morgan Sokolove
Head of People & Culture and Event Director
Morgan has worked in the event planning industry for over 10 years. This experience has helped her develop skills in caring for people and ensuring their concerns are heard. She is passionate about raising the little humans in her home and managing all the details that contribute to creating a beautiful timeline for events. Morgan genuinely enjoys stewarding day-to-day tasks with excellence, fostering genuine relationships, and growing in her faith. You can often find her at home, fulfilling her role as a devoted mother to her kids, and occasionally tending to a houseplant or two.
Chris Sokolove
Business & Financial Advisor
Chris has been a technical and business leader for over 13 years. An engineer by degree, his passion for problem-solving and supporting small businesses truly drives him to continue growing. He thoroughly enjoys assessing the costs before embarking on a project, coaching business leaders, and engaging in creative brainstorming. You can often find him applying innovative approaches to achieve efficiency or crafting handmade wood pieces in his garage.
